Plain rules for playing Magnecat. Downloading or playing the game means you accept them.

The game

Magnecat is free to download and play. You may use it for your own entertainment on any Apple device you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement and do not replace it.

Coins, boosters and other items

• Coins, boosters, stars and other items exist only inside the game. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
• Items you buy are delivered right after the App Store confirms the payment. Removing ads can be restored on a new device from the game's settings; coins and boosters are used up in play and are kept only on the device where you have them.
• Prices, rewards and how items work may change in updates. We will not take away items you have already bought, except where needed to fix a mistake or abuse.

Payments and refunds

All purchases are made through the App Store and Apple handles payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fair play

Do not cheat, modify the game, or try to get items without paying for them. If you do, we may stop supporting your copy of the game.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the game fun and working, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost progress or for any indirect damage from using the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
